Warranty & Exchanges Policy

This Warranty & Exchanges Policy governs the warranty and exchange procedures for products purchased from Statue Brothers. Please read this policy carefully before contacting us regarding warranty service or exchanges. By purchasing products from Statue Brothers, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Limited Warranty

1.1. Statue Brothers provides a Limited Warranty of 14 days from the date of collection against missing parts or defects in material or workmanship.

1.2. The Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to loss, theft, and breakage due to inappropriate handling.

2. Warranty Service

2.1. To obtain warranty service, you must register your statue and contact Statue Brothers within the Limited Warranty period.

2.2. To initiate a warranty claim, you must submit the ASSISTANCE form, duly completed, to Statue Brothers.

2.3. Statue Brothers will review your warranty claim and provide an ideal solution based on the nature of the defect or issue.

3. Product Variations and Imperfections

3.1. Please note that, as with all hand-crafted products, no two pieces of products are the same. Slight differences or minor imperfections may be present, but these should be non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions.

3.2. Serious defects, eligible for warranty service, are defined as follows:

  • Structural instability where products cannot be fitted or displayed properly.

  • Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches, missing parts, or pieces.

4. Return and Exchange

4.1. Statue Brothers will pay for return shipping only in the following circumstances:

  • When the return/exchange is a result of our error, such as a serious defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order.

4.2. If the purchase is being returned for any reason other than those mentioned in 4.1, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those for returning the item(s) to us.

5. Refund

5.1. Statue Brothers does not have a returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.

5.2. In cases where a refund is applicable, the refund will be for the product price minus any applicable shipping/return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits.

5.3. The final decision regarding refunds, exchanges, or warranty service is made at the sole discretion of Statue Brothers.
