• Customers (hereinafter referred to as "you") must agree to PayPal's billing agreement in advance. You shall abide by the terms separately entered into with PayPal. Any disputes arising between you and PayPal shall be resolved between you and PayPal. Statue Brothers shall not bear responsibility for such disputes.

• Payment Options:

  • Full Payment: The full amount is charged before the item is officially shipped.

  • Pre Order Statues: We offer installment plans from 3 to 12 months, with a deposit required to secure the statue.

  • Ready to Ship Statues: We offer installment plans from 3 to 12 months with the remaining balance to be paid before shipping.

• Recurring invoices will be sent via PayPal, allowing for flexible payment over time.
