Payment

 

1. Currency
 

1.1. All prices quoted on our website are in Philippine pesos and US dollars.
 

2. Payment Methods
 

2.1. For Online Purchase Orders (PO):

  • A deposit or full payment can be made via PayPal.

  • There are no PayPal fees.

  • Customers without a PayPal account can choose the "Pay by Credit/Debit Card" option on the PayPal website to make payments using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards.
     

2.2. After making payment, you will receive two emails from Statue Brothers:

  • 1st email: An invoice detailing your order.

  • 2nd email: A receipt confirming the successful payment.
     

2.3. Your order is considered secured once you have received the 2nd email confirmation.
 

3. Balance Payment
 

3.1. When your statue is ready for collection, we will send you a notification email along with the PayPal Invoice for your balance payment.
 

Shipping
 

4. Shipping Options and Costs
 

4.1. Customers have the option to choose their preferred shipping method, which will determine the cost and delivery time of their order.
 

4.2. Please note that the "Estimated Shipping Time" provided refers to the duration from carrier pickup to delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, destination country delays, and dispatch issues.
 

Customs Charges
 

5. Customs Duties
 

5.1. Statue Brothers does not charge customs duties on overseas shipments.

5.2. Please be aware that customs charges may apply when your package reaches your country, and these charges are beyond our control. We cannot provide estimates for these charges.
 

5.3. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office or post office for further information on potential customs charges.
 

Stock Availability
 

6. Inventory
 

6.1. We cannot guarantee that every item offered for sale online will be immediately available for shipment. Inventory levels may change daily.
 

6.2. In the rare event that an item is in stock when you place your order but becomes sold out during order processing, we will inform you by email and remove the item from your order.
